the only reason i’m giving this place a star is because the decor and music were really cute. 1. all the glasses for water were dirty, either weren’t dried after cleaning or not properly cleaned and had old food in the glasses. 2. my one friend found a hair in her food. 3. we had to ask for water for the table, if you serve table water it should automatically be brought. 4. we made a reservation for 9 and were sat at 2 tables when they had large square tables in the center, i assume when you make a reservation you get priority seating lol 5. we brought a cake for our birthday and when we asked flor the cake at the end they told us we could not eat the cake and would have to order their desserts or we would have to pay $45 for a celebration and cake cutting, when they never mentioned this when we gave the cake. when they brought us the cake they through away our box without even asking and were forced to cut the rest of the cake and take home in separate boxes. 6. the server never introduced herself as and as a bartender myself, that is always the first thing you do greet your customers. they had forgot my drink and i had to wait for 15 min for my drink. additionally we ordered piña colada‘s, which are frozen beverages and they put ice in them in order to water it down and give us less beverage as a bartender I have never ever seen ice in a frozen beverage. some of our party was late and the server took all of our orders before asking the new clients what they wanted to drink and actually completely forgot to bring one of them their beverage. the nachos also were tiny for an appetizer literally were served on a side plate and we added chicken and received maybe one 2.5 inch piece of chicken. 7. throughout the entire time here for everything we were waiting for 30 min minimum and the server never came back to ask how our foods or beverages was only if we wanted more to eat. would not recommend there are much better places to go only worth it for pictures and listening to music but the food was average and the bartenders are obviously inexperienced for the prices they charge for the liquor and i thought where i worked was expensive lol.

Booked for the xaman lounge at the beginning of the month to experience the winter wonderland on a date. I wasn’t told until walking into the door that the xaman lounge was booked for a private event. I took a 10:00pm slot just to experience this wonderland just to be placed downstairs in the atmosphere I did not expect.

This place is AMAZING. The service, atmosphere, and food were the best ever. My sister and I celebrated our birthdays with friends here and we had a great time. If you are in the area you have to come and check Agave Maria out.
