What is the total capacity for guests, including standing and sitting arrangements?

Indoor space can hold up to 80 guests sitting and standing. Small patio can hold up to 30 guests, sitting and standing. Large patio can hold up to 75 guests, sitting and standing. If you wanted to buyout the entire venue (indoors and outdoors) we can hold up to 150 guests.

Can the event's time block be confirmed or adjusted?

Yes, up to two weeks before the event.

Can food allergies be accommodated?

Yes, most food allergies can be accommodated. (for example, celiac, gluten free, peanut allergies, sesame allergy, etc)

Is there a concern about exceeding the food and beverage minimum when adding more food dishes?.

Once we know the finalized headcount for the evening, the chef and event coordinator will work together on making the menu for your party with the options you've chose, we will determine food quantities and send them over to you to review. If we feel like we need more or less we can adjust the menu. On the day of, there are some items we should be able to make extras of if necessary.

How is the final bill handled, and can it be split?

For large parties, the final bill is presented as one check and can be split evenly up to 6 ways, and includes a 20% service charge.

What are the procedures for securing a date and space, and what is the deposit amount?

We determine a minimum food and beverage spend based on headcount, day, and time of the event. To secure the space and date we require a 25% deposit based on the determined minimum that will be credited toward your final bill.

What are the menu options, and are there seasonal offerings like a holiday menu?

Depending on the size of your event/group we will send over our Banquet menu for you to choose from, including any seasonal options.

Is there a formal agreement or contract required beyond the Banquet Event Order (BEO)?

Yes, we will send over a copy of our contract to you when we send over the final quote or invoice. If there is a need to review it before hand, we can definitely send it to you.

How can a change in headcount be accommodated, and is an updated BEO needed?

Headcounts will need to be finalized a week before your event so that we can allow time for our kitchen and bar staff to order and additional items if needed, also to make any changes to the BEO. If there are more guests than we expected the day of, we will charge $20 per extra guest.
